I was born and raised in the North Georgia area. I graduated from Ringgold High School class of 1989 and married my high school sweetheart Chris King in 1990. Together we have raised and home educated our four children. In 1996 we began investing in real estate and built up our inventory to where we have bought, rehabbed, sold and rented over at least 100 (and counting every year!) properties. I enjoy finding the best deal for my clients and being a way maker for that deal to happen. I have been in this industry from all sides for over 20 years and that experience, along with my teaching background, is what gives me the ability to help first time home buyers walk through the potentially frustrating process of buying a home with grace and ease.
