Debbie J. King, RPA specializes in the field of Property Management and has over twenty four years of experience. She manages both office and retail properties. She holds both her Broker’s license and her RPA (Real Property Administrator) designation from BOMI International. Nationally only 3% of property managers in the U.S. earn the RPA designation. Ms. King is a “hands-on” property manager, actively involved in the day to day operations of all of the properties which she manages.
Debbie is also actively involved in leasing transactions. She completed her first CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) class and expects to complete her designation in 2018.
