Debby Pyznarski is responsible for the oversight of nearly 1.2 million square feet of commercial and retail properties in Lincoln’s suburban portfolio which includes properties in most submarkets. Debby joined Lincoln in 1988. Throughout her career at Lincoln, Debby has managed commercial, industrial, and retail properties for numerous clients and has made significant contributions to developing best business practices that have enhanced the efficiency of company operations over the years. Debby currently serves as the President for BOMA International’s North Central Region, Chairs BOMA International’s Emergency Preparedness Committee, is a member of BOMA International’s Asset Management Committee, and is the Past President of BOMA/Suburban Chicago. In addition, she is an elected official in her community and is also involved in charitable and civic organizations.
Debby has overseen capital improvement projects in excess of $75 Million, has been directly responsible for millions of dollars in tenant improvements, and has completed over 500,000 square feet of tenant renewals.
