Dean McCarthy, a First Coast native very familiar with the unique opportunities the area brings, Dean joined SVR Commercial in 2023 upon completion of his Florida Real Estate License. He grew up immersed in real estate, his family is invested locally and overseas in office, land and multifamily properties.
He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from UNF specializing in Marketing in 2021 and is committed to building mutually beneficial relationship with client buyers and sellers. Dean focuses on building rapport with clients, understanding their needs and works tirelessly to bring deals to a successful completion.
