Mr. Bundrick has been involved in the San Antonio real estate market since 1981, beginning with his opening of the San Antonio office of the Swearingen Company. He has been responsible for commercial property marketing, sales, and leasing at Orion Partners since the firm’s inception in 1989. Mr. Bundrick’s primary responsibility is the Corporate Services Division. He spends much of his time in client representations, for national tenants such as Prudential Securities, CIGNA, and Weston Solutions, as well as local and regional clients.
Mr. Bundrick’s background includes accounting as well as a sales career with IBM. He holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Georgia and a Texas Real Estate Brokers License. He has earned his designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). In addition, he has been a past and present Board Member of the Real Estate Council and the San Antonio/South Texas Chapter of CCIMs.
