Dean Blackey joined the company in 1999 and is now Managing Director at R.W. Holmes. His expertise encompasses all areas of real estate activity, including advising both tenants and landlords in lease negotiations as well as asset acquisition and disposition for both owner/users and investors.
Dean has successfully represented over 400 of suburban Boston’s prominent businesses, and he currently represents over two million square feet of office and industrial assets in and around Central Route 128. Dean is an expert in owner occupant sales, many of which never hit the market.
Dean is a graduate of Bates College and serves on several boards including the Board of Directors of the MetroWest Chamber of Commerce. Dean lives in Norfolk with his wife Cameron and son Owen.
