Bio
Dean is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of NorthBridge Partners where he shares responsibility for directing the firm's overall strategy and leads the Asset Management, Tenant Advisory/Commercial Brokerage and Consulting teams. Dean has a unique combination of experience as a commercial real estate broker/advisor with a background in corporate real estate law and asset management. Prior to NorthBridge, Dean led national and international accounts for Transwestern/RBJ. Previously, he was a real estate lawyer at Mintz Levin where he helped develop and run a comprehensive national leasing and asset management program for a multi-billion dollar real estate private equity firm. At Mintz, Dean was awarded the prestigious Pro Bono Publico Award along with his team members by the American Bar Association for his work in passing legislation designed to protect the victims of sexual harassment. Dean is also an active member on several boards and committees. He is currently Chairman of the Board of the Massachusetts Housing and Shelter Alliance (MHSA), a member of the executive committee of the Business Associates Club, an advisory board member of the non-profit, Fuel, and the head and founder of the Concord Business Group. Dean graduated Magna Cum Laude from Boston College Law School and holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government and a Bachelor's degree from Georgetown University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was elected a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Dean lives in his hometown of Concord, MA with his wife (Meredith), daughters (Caroline and Emma), and son (Will).
