Dawn Bear was born and raised in Elko County on her family's ranch, The Bear Ranch. She Graduated from Elko High and went on to UNR to earn a bachelor’s degree in science in 1995. Dawn has been a licensed Nevada REALTOR in Elko County since 2005. She spent the first year of her Real Estate career with another local brokerage then, in 2006, she joined Allie Bear Real Estate.
Dawn has a real passion for selling Real Estate. Whether you are looking to sell a commercial lot, a ranchette, a single-family home or a multifamily property, she has experience with it all. Dawn says the best thing a seller can do before listing their property is to get their "To Do" list done. She also highly advises working with a professional to price your property right for the market.
Dawn also enjoys collaborating with buyers to find the perfect property for their needs. Her advice for buyers? Don't start looking at properties until you have a Prequalification Letter from a Lender. When a buyer finds a home that they love they are that much closer to home ownership.
Dawn has two adult children, a son, and a daughter. When she isn't working hard for her clients in the Real Estate world she enjoys outdoor running, traveling, watching her son play baseball, spending time with her children and just being outside exploring.
