David Zehendner joined SkyView Advisors with more than 25 years of experience leading companies, teams and divisions to profitability. Mr. Zehendner is a versatile executive who delivers results with integrity, aligning with the firm’s core values while prioritizing the needs of his clients nationwide. David embraces the challenge of navigating intricate transactions in today’s market, with the goal of helping his clients grow personally and professionally. He thrives on generating the maximum return for his client’s investments, as evidenced by an incredible sale price of $410 per square foot for a client in the Washington DC MSA in 2021.
Prior to joining SkyView Advisors, David built successful companies from the ground up, turning small divisions into high-performing and profitable enterprises. He specializes in year-over-year growth and sustainability in a constantly evolving economy. While running P&L for a $30 million dollar division, David’s team met or exceeded company growth objectives for four consecutive years. His ability to build teams and trust quickly establishes long-term relationships that pay dividends for years to come.
