David is a Sarasota native whose family has been serving the Sarasota community since 1946. His family includes 3 generations of home builders, property management and appraising.
He is both a Florida Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent and a Florida Licensed Realtor. These backgrounds give him the platform to understand construction characteristics and how they may affect the cost of ownership and maintenance. His goal is to make sure his clients are well informed as Florida’s exposure to hurricanes and flooding have created a unique insurance market.
