David Waldman founded David Adam Realty in 1991 to address the needs of his family's modest real estate portfolio. The depressed real estate economy of the time, coupled with a lack of small property management companies that took a personal approach, had left David's father unable to find or afford the services that he required. So in order to help his family through a difficult period, David stepped in and formed the firm.
Finding that he enjoyed taking a hands-on approach to the real estate business, David continued to grow the company until it had acquired its current portfolio of 9 properties totaling 500,000 square feet. However, David's drive to grow and improve the company is still equaled by his dedication to the principles upon which he founded it. As the president and lead broker of David Adam Realty, he takes pride in working with each customer and partner fairly and honestly and continues to take a full-service, personal approach to property management.
David attended Syracruse University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Child Psychology. When not at work, he enjoys skiing and spending time with his wife, Yvette, and his three children.
