David Tunstall has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 25 years working with local and regional development firms. In 2000 he formed The Tunstall Company, LLC succeeded by The McAleer Tunstall Company, LLC through which, as Developer and Owner/Developer, he has completed a number of projects with locations in Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Florida and Arkansas including retail strip centers, warehousing and distribution facilities for among others Newhouse Publishing and W & O Supply, as well as, single tenant retail locations for over 17 Advance Auto Parts stores. Tunstall has spent his career managing, leasing and brokering portfolios of retail, office and multifamily projects across the Southeast. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Alabama and a member of the Mobile Area Association of Realtors.
