David Todd Jr. is a First Vice President in the Office Tenant Representation Group at CBRE in Atlanta. Mr. Todd brings more than eight years of experience to clients as a specialist in tenant representation and real estate acquisitions. Mr. Todd specializes in assisting clients in developing real estate strategies to support technology and flexibility challenges associated with growth and change. Previously, Mr. Todd worked with Newmark Knight Frank focusing on office leasing and real estate acquisitions. Before joining Newmark, Mr. Todd was affiliated with the firm of Julien J. Studley. Prior to his career in real estate, Mr. Todd was CEO of an Internet software company, Laconic Logic, where he provided strategic vision, raised venture funding and developed partnership alliances. Mr. Todd’s software was used in the early engineering stages of the Atlantic Station project in Atlanta. While attending the Harvard Business School in 1991, Mr. Todd assembled a team that developed an Urban Land Institute (ULI) report entitled The Impact of the 1996 Olympics on the Atlanta Commercial Real Estate Market, later published in the Urban Land magazine and the Atlanta Journal Constitution. Mr. Todd is actively involved with the Midtown Alliance, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Team-In-Training and coaching youth sports. He is a board member of Kirkland Media, Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta, Rebuilding Together Atlanta and the Fort McPherson Local Redevelopment Authority.
