David C. Thomson (carrying on his activities as David C. Thomson Realty Corporation) has over 44 years of experience in the real estate industry and is the former owner/broker of Gatineau based Decathlon Realty Corporation, Century 21 Accord Ltd., and former co-owner of CCI Commercial Realties.
David has an Honours B.A. in Urban Geography from Carleton University and has an FRI diploma from the Real Estate Institute of Canada. David has dealt extensively with various levels of government including school boards, the City of Gatineau, the NCC and PWGSC. He possesses a vigorous work ethic, very strong market research skills, a determined and persistent approach to problem-solving and a commanding knowledge of the real estate industry with particular expertise in land sales, retail site selection, and investment property sales.
