David is a full-time Realtor with over 27 years of experience, specializing in selling and listing residential homes and commercial land within a 40-mile radius of Boonville, Indiana. He is deeply involved in his community, actively serving as the president of the city planning commission and the city zoning appeal board. Additionally, David holds the position of president of St. John United Church Christ (UCC) church council.
With a long-lasting marriage of 53 years, David is happily wedded to Colleen Kelley Talley. Their daughter, Kelley Boone, resides in Jasper, Indiana, and is married to Clay Boone. Kelley is also a Realtor, working with ERA First Advantage Realty in Jasper.
Prior to his real estate career, David spent 19 years as a union member with Local 37 in Evansville, Indiana, where he worked as a Heat and Frost Asbestos Worker. He also pursued higher education for three years before joining the union.
