David is the owner of, and broker of record for, Swallow International Realty LLC, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage.
He draws on his 25+ years of experience in banking and real estate to identify and meet client needs in a range of real estate transactions. That depth of knowledge and experience, along with a creative "outside the box" analytical style, has allowed him to successfully close transactions that initially seemed to be undoable.
