With a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), an Architectural Engineering degree, and years in sales, Dave can really leverage significant abilities for your benefit. Dave has specialized in the brokerage of Ranch, Land, and Commercial properties, uniquely, in all areas of Colorado since 2019. For the decade prior Dave designed and sold mechanical equipment for commercial real estate.
As the owner of Colorado Ranch & Land Brokers, Dave is totally in his element. He is an active member of the Colorado chapter of the REALTORS® Land Institute, the home of land specialists, and is pursuing his Accredited Land Consultant designation (ALC) with a passion, the better to serve you. Dave is a certified drone pilot (FAA Part 107), has owned agricultural land near Palisade, Colorado, has owned a tree farm near Black Hawk, Colorado, has taught land surveying, and is an Eagle Scout. Mechanically savvy, Dave enjoys working on improving both land and buildings.
