Bio
David Schneider is a Vice President at Fifteen Group, where he focuses on acquisitions and asset management. David oversees the deal team and manages the pursuit, underwriting, and execution of new investment opportunities. David has extensive experience underwriting real estate assets throughout the Southeast region of the United States. Prior to joining Fifteen Group, David managed acquisitions for ESJ Capital Partners, a real estate investment firm based in Miami. Previously, David led acquisitions in the Southeast region for New Boston Fund, a private equity real estate investment manager, and held analyst positions at LNR Property and Sterling Equities. David also served as Chief Operating Officer of a specialty finance company and worked in management consulting earlier in his career. David is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and holds an MBA with concentrations in real estate and finance from Columbia Business School, where he served as a real estate finance teaching assistant.
