David Rubenstein is Vice Chairman at Savills and oversees the firm’s operations in the Atlanta region. He also serves as Savills’ Managing Broker for the State of Georgia.
David is an astute industry leader with a diverse background in commercial real estate that includes development, leasing and finance for office, industrial and healthcare properties. He is a top-producing member of the Atlanta office and works extensively with both local clients as well as portfolio assignments for prominent global companies.
David has been a trusted and valued advisor to clients for decades. Recent clients have included Barnes & Thornburg, Carr Riggs & Ingram, Greenlight Financial Technology, Colonial Pipeline, Edible Arrangements, Focus Brands, Inspire Brands, Jones Day, OneTrust, Roark Capital Group, Rooms to Go, and Versant Health.
Prior to joining Savills in 2016, David was a Principal with both Cresa and The Miller Richmond Company where he was exclusively dedicated to tenant representation. David has also worked for two leading commercial development firms, Cousins Properties and Holder Properties.
David has been recognized over the years for his many accomplishments in the industry. He received the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s “40 under 40” distinction and the Atlanta Bar Association’s Distinguished Service Award. David is acknowledged as a top producer of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS Million Dollar Club and has received the Phoenix Award for over ten years of consistent top-level service and production. David’s business leadership has been recognized through his service as a member of Leadership Atlanta, as an executive board member of Conexx, a member of the City of Sandy Springs Planning Commission, and on the board of directors for the Atlanta CEO Council. He has also provided time and resources to a number of local and national charities, including the William Brennan Jewish Home Foundation, The Georgia Commission on the Holocaust, and Greenhouse Scholars.
