David Restainer was named Managing Broker at Douglas Elliman of Florida in 2012 and serves as part of the Florida Executive Team which has grown the South Florida presence from 2 small offices then, to over 1,200 associates and 22 offices now. In 2014, he was named Managing Director of Commercial Real Estate and is responsible for a dedicated team of Commercial Real Estate professionals serving all of Florida. David is an experienced broker and manager with over 22 years of experience in Florida Commercial Real Estate.
