A highly experienced and licensed real estate and mortgage broker with in excess of thirty plus years of fast paced experience in providing domestic and international commercial real estate services. Real estate industry experience includes leasing, sales, acquisitions, site selection and divestiture of office, land, warehousing, restaurant, retail and petroleum facilities. He has traveled extensively throughout the United States, Puerto Rico and Costa Rica on behalf of numerous Fortune 500 clients. The main focus of his career has been in site selection and contract negotiation. Management background includes operations, finance and accounting, budgeting and forecasting, profit and loss, administration, recruiting and staff development, quality assurance, marketing, sales, and public relations. Increased efficiency, reduced costs, and increased profits through utilization of strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills, while streamlining and determining optimum use of facilities and personnel. He is a seasoned “Road Warrior” with the ability to travel extensively at a moment’s notice.
He has earned a Master Degree in Public Administration as well as a Master Degree in Business Administration along with a Bachelor of Art’s Degree. These educational milestones have helped create a well versed and seasoned management and real estate professional. He holds active Real Estate Brokerage Licenses in the States of Florida, Indiana, Texas, Alabama, Mississippi and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Due to the fact that he holds these specific licenses he has reciprocal licensing arrangements with other states.
Prior to becoming engaged full time in the real estate industry he was a Petroleum Marketer and owned a chain of Convenience Stores and Truck Stops.
