David Perrin, Senior Vice President at Hunter Hotels, is actively involved in all aspects of the company’s hotel brokerage and capital market advisory services. Perrin joined Hunter Hotel Advisors in 2011 and left in 2015 to join InterContinental Hotel Group (IHG) as the Business Development Manager. At IHG Perrin worked with developers to identify new development opportunities throughout the United States. During his previous tenure at Hunter, David helped to close over 40 transactions representing approximately $250 million in assets.
Previously, David worked for CB Richard Ellis in their Dallas Institutional Sales Office. David has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Southern Methodist University, and has a certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management from Cornell University.
