David S. Pepe is a Managing Director of DTZ Rockwood, specializing in investment sales. Mr. Pepe also leads the firm’s Orlando office. With over 25 years experience in the investment real estate business, Mr. Pepe has been responsible for the exclusive disposition or equity financing of over 11 million square feet of commercial property and over 17,000 multifamily units for regional and national owners, major institutions and money center banks. Prior to joining DTZ Rockwood in 2004, Mr. Pepe spent 10 years as a Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Financial Services Group for Central & North Florida. Mr. Pepe has successfully completed over 100 exclusive investment sales, equity financing and corporate services assignments with an aggregate value exceeding $3.0 billion. Mr. Pepe holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Economics from Rollins College, Winter Park, Florida and went on to pursue his Masters Degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida.
