David brings a lot of real estate experience to Paradise Coastal Realty, Inc., providing residential, commercial, retail, office, development and other investment grade services. David started his career over 30 years ago as a residential property manager and Sales Associate. He worked as a commercial sales apprentice for several years preferring the “on the job training” experience.
David has selected over 100 commercial and development site acquisitions in over 12 states for office buildings, shopping centers, retail, multi-family, condominiums and single family subdivisions. He has partnered with many brands, CBRE, NAI, Lennar, D.R. Horton, Remax, Keller Williams, just to name a few to meet his client’s needs.
He is an entrepreneur in his own right. He franchised his own “start-up” business and grew it to over 80 locations before selling to Medifast, a publicly traded company… NYSE: MED in 2004.
