David C. Nelson is Regional President of Brokerage for Northern California and Nevada and oversees strategic business pursuits, client relationships, and talent recruitment in San Francisco, Redwood Shores, Silicon Valley, Pleasanton, Sacramento, and Reno. He is based out of Kidder Mathews’ downtown San Francisco office.
Nelson is an 18-year Bay Area commercial real estate investments leader. Before joining Kidder Mathews, he was Regional Manager of Marcus & Millichap’s San Francisco, East Bay, and North Bay markets. Earlier in his career, he was a top-producing investments broker at Marcus & Millichap. A Bay Area native, David was born and raised in Los Gatos and has lived in San Francisco for 25 years.
