Mr. Nackoul is a Senior Managing Director in Holliday Fenoglio Fowler's Pittsburgh office with over twenty-four years experience in commercial real estate, including investment sales, and finance. He is primarily responsible for originating debt and sale transactions, and the day-to-day operations of the firm's Pittsburgh office. During his career, Mr. Nackoul has also been personally involved in the capitalization of over $2.5 billion of real estate assets.
Mr. Nackoul joined the firm in 1998. Prior to that, he was a Principal at PNS Realty Advisors, which was then sold to Holliday Fenoglio Fowler.
