David Muir has been involved in the real estate industry since 1992. His experience includes ownership and senior vice president status of one of the largest privately held mortgage banking companies in the United States. He was involved in the expansion of offices ranging from Hawaii to Massachusetts. When the company was sold, production was around $650 million per month with a servicing portfolio in excess of $3 billion.
After mortgage banking, Dave went into real estate development. His first project was one of the first office condo projects in the Salt Lake Valley, totaling 60,000 square feet. He is still involved in the project as an owner and landlord of several of the units. Dave joined CBC Advisors in January 2006 and then Colliers International in early 2018. His experience in many aspects of the real estate industry positions him as an invaluable asset to the individuals and companies he represents.
He has worked with companies including Flextronics Semiconductor, Reliance Homes, Fairmont Supply, Impact Sales and RDI Source.
