David A. Morgan is a 38-year veteran of commercial real estate leasing. Specializing in retail shopping center leasing, Mr. Morgan has been responsible for leasing anchored and unanchored shopping centers located throughout Southern California. Prior to joining Parker Commercial, Mr. Morgan operated his own commercial real estate firm for over 10 years.
Mr. Morgan received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and has received CoStar Power Broker designations.
