As national practice leader, David heads a team of over 13 high-producing apartment sales specialists in 9 offices across Canada.
Consistently achieving the #1 position in apartment sales company-wide, David has personally sold over $9.2 billion representing over 61,900 units traded.
Since 2000, the National Apartment Group Canada has generated more than $21 billion in sales. While advising private capital individuals, institutions, pension funds and REIT clients, the team works collaboratively to provide a comprehensive range of real estate services in the multi-residential market both on a local and National level.
In addition to being the national practice leader, David is part of Canadian Capital Markets and a key member of the National Investment Team. The National Investment Team comprises of 25 real estate experts representing office, retail, hotels, industrial, urban land and debt & structured finance.
