David is a First Vice President with CBRE’s Office and Medical properties. David leads with over 30 years of experience prior to joining CBRE, David was a founding partner of Bourn Partners, LLC and recognized as the leading expert in market and site selection strategies for Office/Medical users in Southern Arizona, including the various components and stages of development from planning, design, governmental review, trade area analysis, project marketing, leasing and lease negotiations. David was the top overall producer at Bourn Partners, LLC for the years 2000-2010.
Prior to the formation of Bourn Partners, LLC in 2000, David was Senior Vice President of the Office Services Group of Grubb & Ellis Company in its Tucson Office. During a 13+ year tenure with Grubb & Ellis, David was the top producer in the Office/Medical Services Group from 1995 through 1999.
