Bio
An expert in residential and multifamily brokerage, property management, and property investing, David Mogielnicki has succeeded in both the Boston and Greater Boston regions by delivering keen market knowledge and superior client service to both buyers and sellers. David discovered his interest in real estate while studying Building & Construction Technology at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, where he graduated magna cum laude. Almost immediately after graduating, he earned his real estate agent license, and his broker license soon after. In addition to his role as a real estate broker, David owns a small real estate management company that aids property owners in their daily operations. David provides operational consulting to owners interested in increasing value and revenue, improving property condition, decreasing operational problems, and lease terms. His experience in Boston’s fast-paced market taught David early on about the nuances of negotiation, client representation, and the skills necessary to navigate these very personal and profound transactions. With an entrepreneurial spirit and customer focused sales approach, David strongly believes that transparent communication often makes the most challenging aspects of a transaction—competitive offers, tough negotiations, and tight deadlines—as seamless as possible. His knowledge of Boston’s neighborhoods and surrounding towns and suburbs has proven paramount in understanding the needs of his clientele, with whom he enjoys honest, close-knit relationships. David remains actively involved throughout the entirety of every sale and prides himself on his ability to represent a diverse clientele and sell a wide range of properties. David’s love for Boston’s diversity, hospitality, and history has made him a sought-after resource for locals and new arrivals alike. A proud resident of Ashmont,a section of the Dorchester neighborhood, David feels fortunate to live and work in the same community. David’s hobbies include carpentry and landscaping. When not serving his clients, David enjoys reading, spending time with friends, and keeping up with Dorchester’s evolving restaurant scene. In the summer, he can be found relaxing on the beach in Quonochontaug, Rhode Island.
