Dave Mielnicki is a Vice President with over 10 years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience. Mr. Mielnicki is in the Valuation & Advisory Services Group Lansing (East Lansing, MI) office in the North Central Region. Mr. Mielnicki started his appraisal career in Lansing, MI, and provided appraisal and consulting services for various appraisal firms prior to joining CBRE in 2009.
His primary geographical location is the state of Michigan, with a focus on the Lansing metro area, southeast Michigan (Detroit metro area), and northern Ohio. Mr. Mielnicki has taken on various appraisal assignments for property types including apartment, retail, office, industrial, and national net leased drug stores. Mr. Mielnicki concentrates on the appraisal of residential land developments including proposed and existing single- and multi-family detached and attached subdivisions, and also on the appraisal of schools and churches. Mr. Mielnicki has provided expert witness testimony at the Michigan Tax Tribunal Small Claims Division and at the local county circuit court level.
Mr. Mielnicki is a member of the National Religious Facilities and Education Valuation Group. As part of this group, Mr. Mielnicki has appraised numerous proposed and existing church and school facilities throughout the state of Michigan and into northern Ohio.
