David has north of 30 years of corporate and local business commercial real estate advisory experience and has handled major assignments in almost all facets of commercial real estate including: design-build projects; user and income-producing sales; land acquisitions and sales across all industry sectors; county and city government representation; office and industrial agency leasing; portfolio sales; tenant representation; and lease re-structures.
