David Loeb, Vice President, has participated in the family business since his teems. He started from the ground up doing landscaping and asphalt repair in the summer. He rejoined the company after receiving bachelors’ degrees in Economics and government from the Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. He currently manages the leasing department and is heavily involved in the development and redevelopment aspects of the business. His activities in the community include serving as a Vice-chairman of the Zoning Board of Adjustments, serving on Steering Committee of the Heart of Corpus Christi, and completing Leadership Corpus Christi.
