Bio
Starting as a property manager for his mother’s boutique management company in the 1990s, David honed his skills and quickly expanded his investments in Echo Park. By 2005, he obtained his real estate license and joined forces with Sotheby’s International Real Estate. His expertise in selling homes and smaller income properties soon earned him a spot as a commercial portfolio manager, working with developers like Fred Leeds and David Oved.
In 2009, he joined Marcus & Millichap and was awarded both the National Rookie of the Year Award and the National Pace Setter for sales volume – an almost impossible feat. Throughout his career, he’s worked with some of LA’s top commercial brokers, led and mentored over 800 agents at Keller Williams and Douglas Elliman, and partnered with celebrity Realtors like Fredrick Ekland and the Altman Brothers
