Bio
David specializes in representing lenders, investors, developers and builders in residential land transactions throughout San Diego County, Imperial County, and Coachella Valley. He has more than twenty years of experience brokering land transactions throughout California and provides his clients extensive market knowledge and experience as a residential land expert.
David has been actively involved in all aspects of land development, land acquisition as well as production homebuilding, providing a strong background in both development and construction. Prior to joining Land Advisors, David worked with O’Donnell/Atkins, formerly a premier land brokerage firm in California. While at O’Donnell/Atkins David ran the firm’s San Diego office where he focused on identifying “value-added” opportunities. He was directly involved with over 60 transactions valued in excess of $600 million.
Prior to joining O’Donnell/Atkins, David was involved in several aspects of real estate, homebuilding and development. He directed the acquisition of retail and multi-family income properties while working for a private investment group in Orange County. Additionally, David was heavily involved in developing and building several multi-family projects in Southern Los Angeles County while working for a small real estate development company in Huntington Beach.
David graduated from the University of California, Irvine in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. While at UC Irvine, he worked with several general contractors on high-end custom homes throughout Southern California. David is a licensed California Real Estate Professional.
