David Kim is a Principal of Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura Inc., a full-service commercial real estate company and member of the Lee & Associates group of companies. Since joining Lee & Associates in 2006, Mr. Kim has specialized in representing landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers in the leasing and sales of professional office and medical building properties throughout Ventura County.
Over his career, Mr. Kim has transacted over 570 leases and sales consisting of over 2 million square feet of commercial real estate valued at over $162,000,000. In the past two years, Mr. Kim has transacted 70 leases and sales consisting of approximately 675,000 square feet valued at over $42,000,000.
