David is part of an investment sales team based in the Inland Empire, representing clients in the sale and purchase of apartment buildings, 1031 exchanges, and land for the development of apartments. David’s clients include seasoned investors, business owners, entrepreneurs, syndications, family trusts, international investors and high net worth individuals.
David holds an Executive M.B.A. from Chapman University where he graduated top of his class with Beta Gamma Sigma Honors. In addition, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business.
