He began as a licensed Realtor and eventually achieved the position of managing partner of a highly productive real estate team in 2015. In 2018, David made a pivotal move by joining Coldwell Banker American Homes as the manager of their Long Beach Office. With this transition, he shifted his focus from personal growth to the expansion of the office and the prosperity of its agents' businesses. Under David's guidance, the Long Beach Office experienced unprecedented growth. This strategic move resulted in the creation of a brand-new, state-of-the-art, 4,000 square-foot office, complete with a dedicated training center, further solidifying Coldwell Banker American Homes' reputation as an industry leader.
David's influence extends to nurturing the next generation of real estate professionals by serving as one of the company's distinguished trainers, specializing in CE accredited classes related to the residential rental aspects of the real estate business.
