Licensed in Virginia, born in Arlington, Virginia, David is a native to the Washington DC metro area and has experienced the highs and lows of the DC Metro real estate market. From the market lows of the 1980 where nothing moved, to the red-hot times of the early this century he has been involved and participating in the market.
He also has experience in staring and running commercial businesses along with owning and managing numerous commercial properties. In addition to his real estate experience, he also has a BS degree from the University of Maryland in Computer and Information Science.
