David began his career in commercial real estate in 1990 after many years in retail management. His experience spans all aspects of the industry. David has personally has been a business owner, tenant, landlord, buyer, seller and developer of commercial properties. This experience allows him to better understand the needs and relate to the concerns of his clients.
