Prior to the acquisition by Newmark David joined HDH to run the Offices team after 4 years running the Tenant Representation Team at Colliers and 12 years prior to that at Cushman and Wakefield. David’s office acquisitions have ranged from 3,000 sqft for Pangeo Capital in Curzon St to 125,000 sqft for HSBC’s Private Banking Division in St James`s St. With over 28 years in the Central London Office Agency market his experience and track record are exceptional.
David has worked with a number of high profile brands and over the years including Ford, Discovery Channel, JPMorgan, Petro China, Apple, Gap, Gucci, Jimmy Choo, Omnicom,.
He has worked with major landlords such as Land Securities, British Land and Aberdeen Asset Management and has been involved at the inception of large office schemes such as Euston Square for British Land.
David lives in a converted Church in Hertfordshire with his wife and 5 very active kids. Outside the office he runs a taxi service for the kids and, when he has time, plays squash and golf.
