Licensed since 2005, David Huffaker saw an opportunity to do real estate different than anyone else and created The Huffaker Group in 2013. Nashville was recovering from an economic downturn and the Nashville market was gaining momentum. He wanted to be a part of the recovery and open doors to home ownership for families and individuals.
