David Goldblum has been involved in the acquisition, development, and management of a range of residential and commercial real estate since graduating from the Yale School of Management in 1991. As project manager, and later as vice president of Telesis Corporation in Washington, D.C., David had key leadership roles in planning and developing urban neighborhoods and large- size multifamily communities. In 1996, he assumed day-to- day operational control and spearheaded the expansion of the company’s portfolio beyond its initial concentration in Stamford, Connecticut. Since then, The Hurley Group has acquired and developed office, industrial, retail and mixed use properties throughout the State.
