Bio
David has worked in commercial real estate for 18 years and has extensive leasing experience in many sectors, including office, retail, medical office, and industrial properties. He’s held numerous positions with different firms over the years and more recently spent 5 years at CBRE working on multiple large federal real estate portfolios, including GSA, overseeing acquisitions, dispositions, and lease transactions with had a combined annual transaction volume of more than $400M.
Before starting with Capital Investment LLC, David was Assistant Vice President with Boyd Watterson Asset Management where he provided leasing and asset management support for a $3.0 billion, 10 million sq ft national investment portfolio.
David has an MBA in with a concentration in Real Estate Development/Finance from American University and is a LEED Accredited Professional, holding real estate licenses in Virginia and Washington, D.C.
