As co-principal of Bridgeton Properties, LLC, David Fretz brings expansive industry
knowledge and experience to the company’s investors. Together with John Malek, over the
last 23 years David has developed, built, and currently manages numerous industrial flex
warehouses, business parks and self-storage facilities. For more than 39 years, David has
been involved in real estate and co-owned and co-managed the family-owned and
operated residential real estate company, Fretz Realty. David is also a partner in
Fretz/Simonds Homebuilders and Construction Company, which focuses on
developing raw land and the construction of single and multi-family units. Beyond
his real estate and land development companies, David owns numerous
family-owned freestanding commercial office/retail buildings, multi-family
dwellings and single-family rental houses.
