Growing up as an athlete and an entrepreneur, I was always pushing myself to do things a little better, smarter, and differently. Fast forward to playing football at Colorado State University; I was introduced to a top-notch Construction Management degree, which led me on a 15-year journey in commercial construction management. Knowing in the long-term that I ultimately enjoyed Real Estate more than construction, I switched my focus back in 2013 toward Commercial Real Estate.
As the Principal & Managing Broker of Makers Commercial, I bring 20 years of Construction Management, Development, and Commercial Real Estate brokerage to the table. I've always approached real estate brokerage through the lens of an opportunist with an ownership mentality. I've been privileged to have closed on approx. $300MM in commercial real estate transactions for my clients across multiple vertical types, but primarily in healthcare, industrial, flex/ office, office, and retail.
My team and I are obsessed with putting personality and relationships at the center of every transaction and, most of all… getting deals done efficiently. We work with enough robots in our world. Real Estate is a people business first and then a real estate business. We believe in finding the highest character and quality of people in the industry. Makers Commercial is made up of Denver natives, a military veteran, former athletes, and people who know the importance of a handshake and a reputation, which we work hard every day to maintain.
We are geographically focused on Commercial Real Estate in the Denver Metro area and bring in-depth market knowledge, hustle, and a team mentality into any transaction process to help get things done quickly and efficiently.
