David Ferrari, President of Ferrari & Associates, Inc., has been active in the real estate brokerage business in Atlanta since 1986. A current member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS®, a life member of the Million Dollar Club, past President, and current member of the Georgia Chapter of SIOR, he has been involved in over $250 million dollars of real estate transactions during his career.
David began his career in 1986 specializing in the leasing and selling of office and industrial real estate. In 1996 he formed Ferrari & Associates, Inc. and eventually moved its offices to Duluth Georgia Ferrari & Associates, Inc. began to get involved in the selling and buying of industrial investment property as well as managing and leasing office product and industrial product. In the mid 2000’s its business expanded to began buying aged industrial property to renovate to lease or resell to users and/or investors.
David is a graduate of the University of Florida with a BS in Business Administration. He lives in Peachtree Corners with his wife and daughter and they attend Perimeter Church in Johns Creek.
