Currently the president of Donofrio Appraisal Associates, David joined the firm in 1993. He has a Masters Degree from the Juilliard School and a Certified General license in the state of Georgia. All necessary classroom hours for continuing education are met each year to maintain his Certified General license.
David specializes in commercial property, as well as residential, relocation companies, appraisal reviews and special use properties. He works with all local and national mortgage companies and banks, builders, individuals, investors, FHA and the Veterans Administration. He also holds a Realtor's license, but it is currently inactive. With David’s expanded appraisal expertise and knowledge the company continues to make its mark in the central Georgia area.
