David DiPietro joined Savills in 2008 focused on representing commercial real estate tenants throughout the New York City metropolitan area and beyond. As a member of the Corporate Services Group, David is involved with developing and delivering strategic and financial consulting services to Savills publicly and privately held clients. Such services include financial modeling and structuring, demographic analysis and strategic planning.
As an executive managing director on the team, David brings a wealth of experience in financial analysis and creative problem solving. His strategic consulting services focus on location-based planning and the development of business cases to implement site- and location-based strategies within the organization (primarily site consolidations or migrations and establishing global in-house centers). David’s range of financial analytic services range from standard leases to complex structures such as sale leasebacks, build-to-suits, synthetic leases, CTL financing, etc. These skills have enabled him to analyze both tenant and landlord financials and create innovative financing structures that satisfy both tenant and landlord objectives.
Prior to joining the firm, David was a consultant at Accenture. As a member of its Health & Life Sciences Group, he performed strategic advisory analyses, process restructurings and technology implementations for pharmaceutical and health services corporations.
